Lavazza bean coffee, freshly ground

The machine grinds Lavazza Super Crema beans for every single cup. Espresso, lungo, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato, hot chocolate or tea, 17 drinks in total, each CZK 50 / €2.

Coffee and cups are original Lavazza from the authorised distributor COFFEEBREAK. We clean and restock the machine regularly.

Vehicle entry to the spa zone is charged; electric cars may drive up to the shop. Walking is the easiest way.

How do I pay?
Contactless with a payment card, phone or watch (Apple Pay, Google Pay), in any currency. Cash is accepted in Czech crowns only, banknotes up to CZK 500. Higher denominations are not accepted by the machines.
The machine didn't dispense my item or the locker didn't open. What now?
Fill in the fault form below on this page. We trace the transaction in the system and refund you. Please include the approximate time of purchase and the machine or locker number.
How fresh are the flowers?
The bouquets are tied by the florist Flowers from Iren and regularly restocked into chilled lockers kept at a constant temperature. Every locker has a glass door, what you see is what you buy.
Can I get there by car?
We are in the spa zone with regulated, paid vehicle entry. Walking is the easiest way, we are 2 minutes from the Hot Spring Colonnade. Electric cars are allowed into the spa zone and can drive up to the shop.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Lavazza coffee for CZK 50 has been available since September 2026.
How much do things cost?
Water from CZK 40, soft drinks and iced teas CZK 50–70, energy drinks CZK 90–110, sweet and savoury snacks from CZK 50, spa wafers CZK 100–130, fresh hand-tied bouquets CZK 400–900. The exact price is always shown on the machine's display before you pay.
Are you a convenience store?
In a way, yes. No shop assistant and no closing time: a self-service shop with vending machines, open around the clock. Drinks, snacks, toiletries and fresh bouquets at any hour, by card or in cash.

Fault or refund

Item not dispensed, locker did not open, payment problem. We trace the transaction and refund you.

We usually reply within 24 hours. Justified claims are refunded in full. Your name and e-mail are used only to handle the claim. Sending is provided by FormSubmit. Terms and conditions.
